Our visit to the clinic went great. It was nice to see the people I worked with and to let them meet Emma Kathryn. Her US was good. No Pyloric Stenosis praise God. She wasn't a happy camper though. I couldn't feed her after 4 am and when she ate at 3:30 she threw it all up. Needless to say I have been awake with a screaming, starving infant since 3:30 this morning. Once we got to the clinic at 8:00 and they did her scan I got to feed her and she ate like a pig. She is back asleep now so I am about to go to my Granny Wallace's house and let her tend to the baby while I nap. She has been dying to get her hands on her but we have both been to busy to get our schedules together. I know she is excited we are coming so I better quit blogging and hit the road. Thanks to everyone for you prayers. Please continue to pray for us because even though she doesn't have stenosis she obviously has a serious case of reflux. Hope everyone has a great day.

NOW THAT I HAVE SOMETHING TO BLOG ABOUT I HAVE DECIDED TO HOP BACK ON THE BLOGGER TRAIN. MICAH AND I ARE STAYING BUSY WITH OUR BABY GIRL. SHE IS SUCH A BLESSING!!

FOR AN UPDATE ON EMMA KATHRYN:

SHE WEIGHS 8 LBS AND 6 OZ AND IS 20 INCHES LONG. I LOVE TO WATCH HER SLEEP BECAUSE SHE MAKES THE CUTEST FACIAL EXPRESSIONS. SHE STILL IS AWAKE FOR MOST OF THE NIGHT (I BELIEVE DUE TO STOMACH ISSUES) SO WHEN SHE IS SLEEPING IT IS USUALLY ON MY CHEST IN THE RECLINER. SHE HAS STARTED CRYING TEARS NOW WHICH MELTS MY HEART.

I TOOK HER FOR OUR FIRST WALK TODAY AND SHE DID GREAT. WE EVEN LET ZEKE GO AND HE DID GREAT TOO. I BELIEVE HE IS GOING TO BE VERY PROTECTIVE OF HER. EVERY TIME SHE CRIES HE RUNS TO THE WINDOW AND CRIES TOO UNTIL SHE STOPS. THE FIRST TIME HE DID IT WE COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT HE WAS DOING. ITS HILARIOUS TO SEE MY HUGE DOG WITH HIS NOSE STUCK UP TO THE WINDOW CRYING.

SHE HAS HAD MANY STOMACH ISSUES. SHE VOMITS EVERY FEEDING USUALLY ABOUT HALF OF WHAT SHE EATS. WE HAVE BEEN TO THE DOC TWICE IN A WEEK TO TRY TO GET HER ISSUES FIGURED OUT BUT WITHOUT SUCCESS. THE FIRST VISIT HE PUT HER ON ZANTAC BUT IT MADE NO DIFFERENCE. TODAY HE SAID STOP THE ZANTAC AND GIVE HER A RICE BOTTLE PER DAY. WE GAVE HER THE FIRST RICE BOTTLE TODAY AND SHE VOMITED IT TOO. IN THE MORNING WE ARE TAKING HER TO HAVE AN ULTRASOUND TO MAKE SURE SHE DOESN'T HAVE PYLORIC STENOSIS. THE THOUGHT THAT MY BABY COULD HAVE THIS SCARES ME TO DEATH. THE DOC DOESN'T THINK SHE WILL HAVE IT BECAUSE SHE IS GAINING WEIGHT BUT HE IS STILL A BIT UNSURE. THAT BEING SAID, EVERYONE PLEASE KEEP US IN YOUR PRAYERS.

I GUESS I HAVE RAMBLED ENOUGH FOR ONE NIGHT, PLUS I AM HOLDING MY SLEEPING BEAUTY THUS TYPING WITH ONE HAND WHICH ISN'T EASY.

HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT NIGHT AND I WILL BE BACK TOMORROW WITH ANOTHER UPDATE.

LOVE,
THE BOZEMANS
